    @Sam: Yes it is a quote from the book. Personally, I haven’t read the book yet, it’s on my wishlist though qnd can’t wait to read it; I got this quote through a friend who read the book.

    Yes, I read this book and it’s talking about viral marketing rules & techniques. Since on the last 10 years the customer is overwhelmed with tons of useless & meaningless & boring commercials. Standing out of the crowd it should be unique, simple, and honest.

    Actually, I agree that viral marketing can be used by all levels of business whether it’s entrepise or SMEs.
